We operate an appointment system at both surgeries, with appointments available throughout the day for your convenience. Please telephone to make an appointment.

Urgent cases will always be seen at short notice. Do please telephone first to ensure a veterinary surgeon will be available.

As far as possible we try to ensure continuity of care, with the same vet following up any necessary treatment. If you would like to see a particular vet, please feel free to ask the receptionist.

Payment is expected at the time of consultation or on collection of your pet following an operation. We accept cash, cheques and all major credit cards.
