Microchipping provides pets with a means of permanent identification and can be invaluable in ensuring the return of your pet if it is lost or strays. It is a simple procedure that can be done at a normal appointment without anaesthetic. We offer a reduced price if your pet has a microchip at the same time as another procedure such as vaccination or neutering. Microchipping is also free if you pet is on our health care plan.
Microchipping of all dogs and cats as early as possible is strongly recommended - it is much better to do this BEFORE your pet gets lost!
As of April 2016, microchipping of all dogs over the age of 7 weeks is a legal requirement.
