Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered from either of our branches. We have many medications in stock, others we can order for next day delivery. For this reason, we request that you give 24 hours notice when ordering a repeat prescription. Some special drugs have to come from different suppliers and can take longer to order. The easiest way to order a repeat prescription is via the Hawthorn PetsApp. Download the App onto your smart phone and order via the chat function. Alternatively, you can order prescriptions by phone or email.
It is essential that we check all patients at least every six months to ensure that there are no side effects and that the medication and dose rate are still appropriate. Depending on the the condition that you pet is being treated for, we will need to assess them at least every 6 months in order to continue to prescribe the medication. Written prescriptions are available on request.
